Normally we do a “Turn Key” operation, but the owner already had the slab completed prior to hiring HCBR to erect the steel kit building. In the end our customer on this project wished he would have us do the whole project. We would have been faster, less expensive and without all the headaches.
After the steel structure, insulation, siding, gutters and trim are installed.
Next in line are the interior elements, doors and ridge vent mechanism.
This is a ridge vent that can both open and close.
All finished up on the inside and ready for the Hill Country toys and implements.
All finished up on the outside and ready for all sorts of usage.
This was a really good project, our customer was great to work with
and was thrilled to see the completion so he could start using his new space.
It was also a quick turn around; it only took 6 full working days
to put it together and finish it out.
