HCBR Texas entered this Detached Garages/Man Cave Project located in New Braunfels after it had been partially demolished in order to build a new detached garage in the same location. When we took over the project it had been red-tagged by the City of New Braunfels with a cease and desist order. After we fixed things with the city and received a permit, we completed the demolition and the project.
